1. Modifications
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to the unencrypted theme files to fit your purposes. You may not however re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. Please also refrain from deleting our credit text from the template’s style.css. You are however allowed to delete our credit links from the footer or any other visible place (on the front-end) in the theme.
2. Unauthorized use
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from One Theme. Please contact us if you require any more clarification.
3. Updates
One Theme is designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that it will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make One Theme compatible with future releases of WordPress.
4. Delivery
After we have succesfully received your payment, your One Theme License Key will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through this website. This email will provide you with the login details for our Member's Area (http://members.one-theme.com/). Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to all versions of One Theme, and control over your Licenses.

5. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of One Theme. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
6. Refund Policy
Since One Theme is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing from our site.
7. Support
One Theme offers is sold ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that it will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no customization, or administration of WordPress itself.
8. Support Forum Policy
Only One Theme customers will receive support from our team, and we reserve the right to ask for proof of One Theme membership before offering assistance.
All support documentation (including tutorials) will also be available to all customers.
9. Price Changes
One Theme reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice in the case of a breach of these Terms & Conditions or the License Agreement. Prices of all products are subject to change at any time.
10. Warranty
We cannot guarantee One Theme will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with One Theme as we can not guarantee that it will work with all browser combinations.
