Sounds really nice.

Will there be any new functions in the theme, like the ones suggested in the suggestions forum?

The code base for the 1.x series was getting a little difficult to manage. The improvements we are making to One Panel in version 2.0 will mean much cleaner code and a more modular approach making new features far easier to introduce.

If its new features you're after I think 2.1 is the release you'll really want to watch.

Sounds good.
But the old layouts will still work in the new version?

I really like the default one and would not want to be without it.

Red face Future Releases

Your upcoming release sounds great. Are there future plans for e-commerce functionality - i.e., shopping cart. If so, when?? I am currently looking at some shopping cart plugins for wordpress but would perfer to keep it under the one-theme umbrella, if possible. If there are no NEAR future plans, can you recommend the best shopping cart plugin that will work in your environment? Thanks.... and again.... good job people!

Hi Bogie, this is a possibility further down the line, but we are not making any promises just yet.

I can't really help you with a recommendation, I've never used a wordpress ecommerce plugin before.

Hi Guys

A few updates to come, first off:

Of course! One Theme will remain the default theme, and the primary product on this site. We just want to add some new themes into the fold for those of you that have other blogs that One Theme wouldn't suit. Allowing you to use our control panel on those too!

Second point of business is that we recently updated the blog post with a preview of "One Theme Fun!". I think this is by far my favorite of the new themes. Check it out!

Third: Thanks to everyone who has signed up for BETA testing, anyone else who wants to take part can PM me on here or use the contact form on the main site.

Cheers!
