Thumbnail not working

Can someone help me? For some reason the thumbnail generator is not working. When I try to upload a picture it just goes nowhere.

The weird thing is, it used to work. However, I did switch servers yesterday -- not sure if that should affect it.

Please help!

Check the chmod on the uploads folder, it may have been changed from the writable 777.
