I'm having issue with the spacing between the end of the ordered or unordered list and the next paragraph. Whenever I use the list feature on a post, the paragraph after the list has no space to separate it from the list (<ul> or <ol>). My other themes are not having this problem.

He, I have exactly the same issues and its very nerving.
Does somebody know a workaround?

Found something myself.

By adding a transparent 1x1 size gif file you can break this behaviour.
Not very elegant but working.
