Default Any Way To Add More Than 4 Featured Categories on the Homepage?

I'm using the news layout, and I have 6 main categories. I was wondering if there's any way to add two more? Thanks.

I would love to be able to do this as well. I have more than 4 categories that I would like to run as features.

Hey

Sorry, One Themes default layout was only designed to feature 4 categories.

Default I am using the default homepage layout but still shows in blog format

I am using the default homepage layout in the Modern theme but still shows in blog format on the homepage. In other words, I can't see even the 4 category boxes. Any help please??
Thanks,
Andreia

Thanks Jay. Yes I did. I figured out that besides changing the homepage layout to "default" you also have to go to the "control panel", click on the Feature button and assign the categories that you want to appear in the 4 boxes.
It took me the whole day of Friday! I certainly appreciate your follow up.
